HOW DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE PLACE?
Your order will be shipped with DHL/DPD/GLS/TNT/FEDEX or UPS. You will receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation so you can track your order. The courier delivers the parcel personally to you. If the package is not too large, it can also be delivered in your mailbox.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY ORDER?
From the moment you receive your shipping confirmation, delivery normally takes 3 to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking link with your shipping confirmation so you can follow your order. Please check this tracking regularly so you have a rough indication of when your order will be delivered.
HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Our shipping costs are different for all countries. You can see the shipping costs in the check out. Small items such as apparel, fins, etc. have a fixed shipping cost of 6,95euro to all EU countries. When you want your order shipped outside of the EU, send us an email - firstname.lastname@example.org - and we will fix it.
We also offer pick-up in different locations. You can find all pick-up locations at the check out. Send us an email or give us a call if you have any questions!

HOW CAN I KNOW WHETHER I BUY THE RIGHT SIZE?
In every product description you can find all the dimensions of the product. That way you can already get an idea about the size you need.
THE PRODUCT I ORDERED DOESN’T FIT OR I'M NOT HAPPY ABOUT IT.
No problem! You have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days, without having to have a valid reason. Only refundable when product is new and in it's original packaging. Please contact us at email@example.com and we help you as soon as possible.
We can credit your refund or create an exchange order to send the right size or a different model. You are king here so we, your minions, will help you as much as possible!
